THR is a Black woman-owned grassroots company driving transformative change to address biases and -isms in communities and institutions nationwide. Through trauma-informed professional development, consultation, and partnerships with educators, families, and communities, we help shift cultures toward healing and liberation.

    By challenging the supremacist ideology embedded in our lives, which exploits people of color and their spaces, we focus on building and sustaining a culture of action, liberation, and well-being with individuals and organizations committed to cultivating social, emotional, and communication skills.

FREEDOM PRACTICE

The Freedom Practice Activation is designed to guide participants through an experience of self-discovery, healing, and empowerment. This program supports folks to move from frustration and suffering to liberation and purposeful action as a collective.
